Starting Out

This is my first blog ever so I may start out slow. I have made a goal to post once a month in the beginning. I am a Christian homeschooling mother of 7 and a wife of 18 years to my great husband. My children range in age from 15 years down to 15 months. As you can imagine there is never a dull moment at my house. I enjoy paper crafts and DIY and home decor. I have just recently discovered Cece Caldwell's chalk paint and I love it. Back in the early days when I only had 2 children I had a small eBay business making and selling Shabby Chic style home decor items. I really miss creating and remaking things so I've decided to start up again. With the help of my husband(in his spare time) and my 2 teenagers, one of which is very artistically talented, I think I can make a go of it again. I have an Etsy store and will be filling it with vintage finds, repurposed and handmade items and whatever else I discover.
